OUR STORY
Nearly fifteen years ago the potential of Seven Mile Beach was unleashed by creatively combining a prime waterfront site with land stretching across to the North Sound. Updated zoning allowed for a design that was both beautiful and efficient. From this The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman was born. This project was developed to raise the bar and transform luxury tourism and lifestyle in the Cayman Islands.
The result exceeded all expectations, The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman went on to winning dozens of awards and dramatically increased the value of real estate on Seven Mile Beach, from inception to opening, by over 300%.
Although Mike Ryan was the developer and driving force behind The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, he could not have done it without the support and guidance of Dale Crighton, one of the Cayman Islands’ most respected real estate entrepreneurs.
Today, the two have maintained a near twenty year  friendship and partnership, and embarked on a search to find the ideal the opportunity to create a unique residential project, with extraordinary design and services, that could dramatically impact the residential market just as the Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman did to the hotel/resort sector.
The site where FIN is located gave them the chance to do just that.

THE PARTNERS SEARCHED FOR SOMETHING THAT SPOKE TO THE REGION’S PAST BUT COULD EMBRACE ITS COSMOPOLITAN FUTURE.
The next step was to bring it to life in a way that maximized it’s potential for the future residents/owners. The partners searched for something that spoke to the region’s past but could embrace its cosmopolitan future. A modern interpretation of Art Deco design was the perfect inspiration. Large light filled spaces, sweeping and streamlined elegant designs reminiscent of the origins of the style and its intention to create anti-traditional elegance symbolising wealth and sophistication.
Drawing on over thirty years of development experience and specifically that of developing and operating
The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Mike Ryan and Dale Crighton have set out to create the utmost in lifestyle at an extraordinary value.
A guiding principle was to provide everything owners could possibly wish for, provide every conceivable service, but through a platform where owners pay only for what they use and not for what they don’t. Founded on the key principles of Location, Design, and Services, the partners sought out the leaders in Art Deco and interior design to bring FIN to life. Determined to work with the very best in the world, they reached out to connections in London, the United States and even South Africa.
